    Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Third Weekend Required | 72 Hours Guaranteed Biweekly

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 10-bed ICU setting, including medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, and sepsis
    • Manage and monitor acute stroke patients in coordination with telestroke and tele-neurology services within a Primary Stroke Center–certified facility
    • Assist in the stabilization of pediatric patients presenting with critical illness as needed, pending transfer to tertiary pediatric centers
    • Collaborate with intensivists and hospitalists to deliver comprehensive critical care across specialty services including cardiac and surgical cases
    • Maintain ACLS and BLS (AHA) competencies and adhere to all facility and unit protocols
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
    • ACLS (AHA) certification required
    • BLS (AHA) certification required
    • Must have successfully completed at least one prior travel assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • More than one completed travel nursing assignment preferred
    • Experience with stroke care or telestroke protocols
    • Familiarity with community hospital ICU patient populations including post-surgical and sepsis cases
