Job Title
Travel RN – Cardiac ICU
Location

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Night Shift | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Cardiac ICU at a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio
Operate and monitor cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan catheters
Assist with and support procedures including intubations and central line placement
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including intensivists, neuro-intensivists, and trauma surgeons available 24/7
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid for practice in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of current ICU hospital experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with neuro and medical ICU patient populations
Prior experience with Meditech EMR
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong focus on patient care
