Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York or compact licensure eligibility
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Prior experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Ability to work night shift as a travel nurse
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience with critically ill or complex patient populations
- Familiarity with ICU-specific equipment and monitoring systems
