    Registered Nurse – ICU / Critical Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 hours per week | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / ICU setting within a Critical Access Hospital environment
    • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventionsWork scheduled night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) including potential holiday and weekend shifts
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington or compact state eligibility
    • Prior experience in Critical Care, ICU, or CCU nursing
    • Current BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • Ability to work a condensed scheduling pattern (6 days within a 7-day stretch, followed by 7 days off)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or small community hospital setting
    • Familiarity with a 6-bed CCU unit environment
    • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity department
