Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg ICU environment
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, applying evidence-based nursing practices
- Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) as needed
- Float to other units or facilities within the health system as operationally required, up to 75 miles
- Complete orientation modules, including both billable non-clinical and non-billable clinical components
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license violations or hits
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
- Current and valid Driver's License or state-issued ID required
- Proof of residency required: utility bill or equivalent document in the traveler's name, with an address matching the DL/ID, dated within three months of the projected start date
- Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — candidates within 75 miles are considered local and are not eligible to apply
- Willingness to float to other units or affiliated facilities as needed
- Two supervisory references required at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Familiarity with Med-Surg ICU patient populations
