    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | 13 or 26-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting during night shift hours
    • Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC EMR
    • Participate in every-other-weekend coverage, with scheduling subject to change based on unit needs
    • Float to like units within the facility or to other campuses in the area as needed based on census demands — staff will only float to units they are qualified for and tasks for which competencies have been demonstrated
    • Complete all required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • ACLS certification required
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (first-time travelers may be considered based on experience)
    • Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC EMR experience
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible (night shift ICU travelers); candidates between 50–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or similar acute care environment
    • Familiarity with floating across multiple units or campuses within a health system
    • Experience with holiday and high-census coverage assignments
