Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care (ICU) experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Locals will not be considered for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a rural or community hospital ICU environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new facility workflows and protocols
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity patients independently
