Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Operate and manage advanced hemodynamic and critical care equipment as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- NIHSS certification required
- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Pulmonary Artery (PA) monitoring and Intracranial Pressure (ICP) management
- Experience with Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
