Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Participate in an every-other-weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or a compact license
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Willingness to participate in an every-other-weekend rotation; no call requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care environment
- ACLS certification preferred
- Familiarity with critical care monitoring equipment and electronic health record systems
