    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, monitoring and managing critically ill patients
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for ICU patients
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
    • Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and dress code standards, including navy scrubs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
    • Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    • ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
