Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a multi-specialty ICU setting, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and their families
Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues
Update and manage patient records accurately and in a timely manner
Enter and interpret computerized data and information within the electronic health system
Assist the leadership team with quality improvement projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of RN ICU experience
Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN
Active Massachusetts (MA) RN License required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Telemetry experience required; must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
Basic computer proficiency and effective verbal and written communication skills
Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be classified under a local rate structure
Preferred Experience / Skills
BSN degree preferred
Experience in a multi-specialty or high-acuity ICU environment
Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives in a clinical setting
