    Job Title

    Travel RN – CCU / ICU (Night Shift)

    Location

    Bowling Green, Kentucky

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Projected Start: July 13, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU/CCU unit with patient ratios of 2:1, occasionally 3:1
    • Operate and monitor advanced equipment including Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, and hemodynamic monitoring devices
    • Assist with and support procedures including central line insertions and dialysis catheter insertions
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Float in rotation with core staffing as required per unit floating policy
    • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment alongside unit secretaries and technicians based on census needs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Kentucky or compact state eligibility
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
    • Proficiency with critical care equipment and hemodynamic monitoring
    • Strong critical thinking skills and self-motivated work ethic
    • Compliance with dress code: scrubs in any color (no denim, capris, or camouflage)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • PALS certification
    • Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
    • Experience with specialty procedures such as central line or dialysis catheter insertions in a critical care setting
