Medical/Surgical ICU Registered Nurse

Contract | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Includes weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical ICU setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status and care provided
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new facility workflows and protocols
