Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Cardiac Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients requiring advanced interventions
- Implement and oversee advanced heart failure management protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive critical care
- Operate and monitor mechanical circulatory support devices as indicated
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 1 ICU environment
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced heart failure management
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) devices
- Familiarity with complex cardiac critical care populations
