Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and assess neurological status of critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established critical care protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with unit standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 2+ years of strong critical care experience required
- Minimum 1+ year of travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2+ years of Neuro critical care nursing experience
- Familiarity with neuro-specific monitoring equipment and protocols
