    Contract | Rotating Days/Nights | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Expected 36 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit setting
    • Monitor and assess neurological status of critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established critical care protocols
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with unit standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
    • Minimum 2+ years of strong critical care experience required
    • Minimum 1+ year of travel nursing experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2+ years of Neuro critical care nursing experience
    • Familiarity with neuro-specific monitoring equipment and protocols
