About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Beverly, Massachusetts, 01915!

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included in expected hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed
• Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed
• Complete onboarding requirements including Relias testing (up to 2 attempts) and a day-one on-site pass/fail competency assessment (1 attempt only)
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
• Must not have worked as a permanent employee within the last 6 months at a Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) facility to be eligible
• Must be willing to float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to Medical-Surgical units
• Familiarity with Relias learning and assessment platform
• Strong adaptability and ability to work across multiple care settings
