Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Expected 72 hours biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
- Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed
- Complete required onboarding assessments, including a pass/fail competency test administered on the first day of orientation (one attempt only)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- EPIC proficiency required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Must be available for the full contract duration with no time-off requests approved
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating to medical-surgical or step-down units
- Familiarity with Relias competency testing platforms
