Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed
• Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed
• Complete required onboarding assessments, including a pass/fail competency test administered on the first day of orientation (one attempt only) and Relias testing during onboarding (up to two attempts)
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC is required
• Candidates who have worked permanently at this health system within the last 6 months are not eligible for consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between units in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with competency-based onboarding assessments
