Contract | Night Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) as required
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of cardiac critical care experience
NIHSS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity ICU environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with complex cardiac and neurological patient populations
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in an ICU setting
