Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill cardiovascular patients throughout night shift hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with facility onboarding requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience required
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license or certification required at time of submission
- Valid references and copies of current certifications required
- Must be able to complete laboratory compliance requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
- Pennsylvania fingerprinting (PA Childline and FP) required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
- Must be available to pass a clinical competency exam (up to 3 attempts permitted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity cardiovascular or critical care environment
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and pre-start onboarding requirements
