Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting serving an adult patient population
Manage patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 depending on acuity
Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
Float within the Critical Care unit as required by staffing needs
Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation requirements (every other weekend and holiday)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience required
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
Experience in a Teaching Hospital and Trauma Level I Facility
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
PA Fingerprinting required; must be completed within one week of contract signing
Preferred Experience / Skills
Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred
Familiarity with compliance requirements specific to travel nursing assignments
