Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Neurological and Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting
- Manage and monitor critically ill trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
- Utilize facility EMR (Epic) for accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Adhere to unit protocols, dress code requirements, and facility compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York
- Minimum 2 years of ICU staff experience required
- Experience must include trauma, surgical, AND neurological ICU patient populations
- Trauma Level One facility experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must have previous travel nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Willingness and availability to accept 48-hour work weeks
- Experience floating to additional units within a large acute care facility
