    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Neurological and Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting
    • Manage and monitor critically ill patients including trauma, surgical, and neurological cases
    • Utilize Epic EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Adhere to facility dress code and unit-specific protocols throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New York
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU staff experience specifically involving trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
    • Trauma Level One facility experience required
    • Previous travel nursing experience required
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
    • Must be able to complete a competency test within 24 hours of submission
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience managing complex, high-acuity neurological and surgical ICU patient populations
    • Familiarity with large academic medical center environments
