    Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse – Travel (Nights)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Full-Time | Up to 48 Hours per Week Available

    Key Responsibilities
    • Float across multiple critical care environments including Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU)
    • Provide ICU-level care to patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement
    • Deliver competent, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients across a variety of ICU settings
    • Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows within a Level I Trauma Center environment
    • Complete a required competency assessment within 24 hours of submission
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
    • Previous travel nursing experience required
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Demonstrated competency caring for patients across multiple critical care unit types
    • Navy blue scrubs required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
    • Prior experience floating to a variety of ICU environments
    • Familiarity with progressive critical care and step-down patient populations
