Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Float within the hospital to other units as needed based on staffing and census requirements
Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Valid California RN License required at time of submission
ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submittal
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Any candidate who has been a permanent employee at this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months prior to placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
CCRN certification preferred
Background experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department
Two supervisor references preferred
