Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Scheduled | No On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Float within the hospital to other units as needed based on staffing and census requirements
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Valid California RN License required at time of submission
- ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submittal
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Any candidate who has been a permanent employee at this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months prior to placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CCRN certification preferred
- Background experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department
- Two supervisor references preferred
