Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in critically ill patients' conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Float within the hospital to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and infection control policies
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- Valid California RN License required at time of submission
- ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submittal
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Any candidate who has worked at this facility as a permanent employee must have been separated for at least 6 months prior to submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CCRN certification preferred
- Background experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department
- Two supervisor references preferred
