Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting, which may include low acuity ICU patients or high acuity telemetry patients
- Work a schedule of three 12-hour day shifts per week with on-call rotation once every six weeks
- Fulfill six weekend shifts per six-week scheduling period
- Complete non-billable orientation modules during the onboarding period
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic charting systems
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submittal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU
- Current required certifications (verification required at submittal)
- Ability to complete required pre-employment lab items within 72 hours of offer acceptance
- Must reside outside of the local radius (150 miles) — local candidates not accepted
- Previous permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Altera charting system preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
