The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided is required. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are necessary. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred. NIH Stroke Scale Certificate and CCRN certification are preferred. Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent is preferred.
