Experience in NIH Stroke Scale is preferred. CCRN certification is preferred. Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent is preferred. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations of the ICU and ensure high-quality patient care is provided. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with medical staff and families.
