The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong focus on patient care and critical thinking skills. Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is also preferred. Additional certifications, such as NIH Stroke Scale or CCRN, are advantageous. Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent is preferred.
