Job Opportunity – Pediatric Float ICU Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, every other weekend required, 2-3:1 patient ratio

Highlights:
  • Float opportunity across multiple ICU settings including PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general/specialty care areas as needed
  • Assignment requires flexibility to work at two campus locations within the health system
  • Epic electronic medical record system utilized
  • Comprehensive critical care experience across diverse pediatric patient populations
  • Night shift with every other weekend rotation
  • Contract start date September 2026
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of PICU or Pediatric CICU experience required
  • Active Georgia nursing license or compact state license
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
  • Mandatory flu vaccination required with no exemptions permitted
  • Must pass nicotine screening as part of drug testing (nicotine-free facility)
  • Ability to make up any missed shifts per facility policy
