Schedule:  Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00

• Specialty: MICU RN

• Shift: 7p–7:30a | 4×12-hour nights

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• License:Active NY RN License in hand — required

• Experience: MICU/critical care experience

• Local Rule: No locals; must live >75 miles from facility

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted

• Charting:EPIC required

• Ratio: 1:2, with occasional 1:1 based on acuity

• Unit: 16-bed MICU

• Patient Population: Sepsis, ARDS, renal/heart failure, respiratory failure/shock, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post-cardiac arrest/TTM

• Critical Care Skills: CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella, pre-VAD workups

• Certifications:ACLS, BLS & NIHSS required
