**Position Details:**
- Float between units as needed, offering diverse experiences.
- On-call commitment: Not required.
- Weekends are a must: Minimum of 6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks.
- Block schedules: Yes, approved based on staffing/unit needs.
- Expected patient ratios: 1:2 to 1:3, providing optimal care.
- Prefer candidates with Neuro ICU experience.
