Shifts: Day/Night Rotate-8 and 12 hour shifts, occasional 4 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Manage 1-3 critically ill patients, including neuro, cardiac, CT surgery, trauma, medical, and surgical patients
• Administer and manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips
• Assist with bedside procedures such as RSI, EVD placement, tracheostomy, and line placement
• Utilize EPIC EMR, Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinet, Aleris IV pumps, and other monitoring equipment

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• 2 years of experience in a large hospital (over 250 beds) and level 1 trauma setting
• BLS and ACLS - must be AHA certified
• NIHSS certification
• ND or compact state RN License
• Experience titrating vasopressor drips
