This is a fast-paced Level II trauma ICU caring for a variety of critically ill patients, including trauma, neuro/stroke, head injuries, and patients requiring ventriculostomies and ICP monitoring. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive critical care, managing and titrating vasopressors and sedation, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and working collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
