Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, monitoring and managing critically ill patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for ICU patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float as needed to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units
Participate in weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon submission
Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon submission
Minimum 2+ years of recent ICU experience required
Requested time off (RTO) must be 7 days or less
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating to PCU, Medical-Surgical, or Telemetry units
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and care settings
