Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
Float as needed to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units
Participate in weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon submission
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon submission
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
Requested time off (RTO) must be 7 days or fewer
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating to step-down, medical-surgical, or telemetry units
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
Familiarity with ICU-specific equipment, protocols, and documentation systems
