This role requires expertise in intensive care and acute hospital settings, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU- Provide high-level patient care in a coronary care unit
- Operate specialized equipment such as balloon pumps and CRRT
- Perform procedures including cardioversion and central line placement
- Administer medication drips and manage patient ratios
Requirements of the RN - ICU- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications
- Preferred experience with Meditech EMR system
- Prior experience in a large facility ICU preferred
