This role involves working in a 10-bed ICU that handles critically ill adult patients, including medical emergencies, post-surgical care, and acute stroke management. Key Responsibilities of the ICU Registered Nurse- Manage care for critically ill adult patients with a focus on medical emergencies and post-surgical care
- Provide care for pediatric critical cases and stabilize as needed before transfer
- Handle acute stroke patients utilizing telestroke services
- Collaborate with intensivists and hospitalists in delivering specialty care
Requirements of the ICU Registered Nurse- RN license in NH
- 2+ years of ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Experience with Epic systems
