Contract | Nights | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Float ICU capacity, covering multiple intensive care units including PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU
Float between two campuses as assigned to meet staffing needs
Deliver care in general and specialty areas as needed in addition to ICU assignments
Maintain a patient ratio of 2-3:1 in accordance with unit standards
Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Make up any missed shifts as required per facility policy
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in PICU or Pediatric CICU
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses
Must pass a nicotine drug screen; facility is nicotine-free
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working across multiple pediatric ICU subspecialties (NICU, CICU, TDICU)
Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience in a pediatric setting
