Description:
Seeking Med/Surg RN for a fast-paced observation unit.
The environment is dynamic with changing patient acuity.
Floating to other areas of competency may be required.
Staffing is for a 28-bed inpatient observation unit.
The unit includes medical beds and trauma overflow beds.
Patients may present with lower to higher acuity needs.
This role includes mid holds.
Holiday work is an expectation.
