Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Float to PCU, MedSurg/Telemetry, and ED Boarding units as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
New graduates are not eligible for this position
No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) during the contract period
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating to PCU, MedSurg/Telemetry, or Emergency Department settings
Familiarity with critically ill patient populations and advanced monitoring equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
