Job Opportunity – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – New York

Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Block scheduling may be available but not guaranteed. Floating to other units as needed (excluding Behavioral Health and Emergency Department).
Highlights:
- 42-bed ICU with diverse patient populations including Neuro/Med (22 beds), CTICU (6 beds), and Surgical/Trauma (14 beds)
- Common diagnoses include strokes, sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiovascular surgery, cardiogenic shock, trauma, and major post-operative cases
- Specialty equipment experience required: CRRT (Prismaflex), IABP, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and therapeutic temperature management (Arctic Sun)
- EPIC EMR system utilized facility-wide
- Cardiac/heart experience highly preferred and prioritized during candidate review

Requirements:
- Active New York RN license (verification through Nursys required)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required; 4-5 years preferred
- Experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, Medical-Surgical ICU, or Neuro ICU
- Documented travel nursing experience required
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with CRRT and Prismaflex equipment required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Valid driver's license
