Job Opportunity – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – New York

Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts. Floating to critical care units as needed (excluding Behavioral Health and Emergency Department).
Highlights:
- 42-bed ICU with specialized units including Neuro/Medical (22 beds), Cardiothoracic ICU (6 beds), and Surgical/Trauma (14 beds)
- Diverse case mix including stroke care, cardiac surgery, trauma, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-operative surgical patients
- Advanced specialty equipment experience including IABP, CRRT (Prisma and NxStage), ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Arctic Sun)
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Heart/cardiovascular experience highly valued and prioritized
- Required CRRT and Prismaflex experience
Requirements:
- Active New York RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU); 4-5 years preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Demonstrated competency with CRRT and Prismaflex required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Cardiac/heart experience highly preferred
