Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our multi-specialty Intensive Care Unit (ICU),
you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
You will have the opportunity to provide the highest quality care to patients,
ensuring they receive the attention and expertise they deserve.
Deliver nursing care in the ICU unit,
including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.
Communicate with various healthcare team members, patients, and their families.
Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
Update and manage patient records.
Enter and interpret computerized data and information.
Follow guidelines and policies established by the nursing department.
Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects.
