Must float between different ICU floors as needed. Description: This is a float position in the ICU. The clinician may be floated to different ICU floors or to lower acuity units. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Ratios will be 1:2 during shifts. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. This position requires a commitment to working both weekends and holidays. The facility guarantees the ability to call off once during a two-week pay period. Two references covering one year of recent experience are required. All requests for time off must be submitted upfront. Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may result in termination of the assignment. Communication devices will be provided as needed for assignment duties.
