This role involves working in an acute care setting with the requirement to titrate drips and monitor vital signs in a complex ICU environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel- Provide critical care to ICU patients
- Titrate medications such as propofol, cardizem, insulin, precedex, levo
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips for ICU and med-surg patients
- Coordinate with house supervisors and RT staff available 24/7
- Participate in hospital-wide rotations for weekend and holiday coverages
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel- Current and unexpired RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications (AHA)
- Previous ICU experience
