Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
Participate in weekend rotation as part of standard scheduling expectations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active California RN License (must be verifiable via Nursys, uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
NIHSS certification
Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
Local candidates are welcome; candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to local rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
4 or more years of ICU experience
Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a high-acuity setting
