Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
  • Participate in weekend rotation as scheduled
  • Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate interventions in accordance with facility protocols
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
  • Active California RN License (must be verifiable via Nursys, uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
  • BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
  • ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
  • NIHSS certification
  • Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
  • Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible as a local candidate; candidates beyond 50 miles may be considered at travel rates
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • 4 or more years of ICU experience preferred
  • Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
